Interested in taking a class? Please drop-in at any time. In fact, we are structured that way…offering absurdly low ($10) drop-in rates as well as cost-saving packages that are likewise used in a drop-in basis. IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness is always changing and challenging for experienced folks and accessible and fun to the newest of the new.

Our classes integrate a wide variety of martial arts (boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, stick fighting, and more) on a wide variety of training equipment (heavy bags, grappling dummies, target pads, throwing dummies, body shields, and more). There is no contact or violence on the student…YOU are the one doing the damage like an original ninja.

NEW SCHEDULE AND BETTER DEALS FOR 2012!

Hi Ninjas,

We have some changes coming in 2012 but all for the better! Classes will be 30 minutes shorter but I will simply pack 90-minutes of kung-Fu goodness into an intense 60-minute class!

How is this better? You can all get home a bit earlier, get just as good of a workout, and the classes will be cheaper! Additionally, if you already have classes purchased you will get 50%(!) more classes added to your existing account (you paid for 90 minute classes so you deserve the increased classes!).

Schedule for the classes in 2012 are as follows…

Mondays 700-800PM
Wednesdays 700-800PM
Saturdays 1000-1100AM

New Prices are as follows…

$10 Drop-In
$100 for 11 classes (save $10)
$200 for 24 classes (save $40)

New Client Prices…

$30 for 7 classes (save $40!)

Speaking of groupon, PLEASE NOTE that the groupon site has two small errors. I do NOT charge a rental fee for borrowed gloves or wraps. Just come early to ensure you will get the loaners and we can get your wrapped up! Also, this is for first time clients only. Thanks!
